1. JOHN2 CASEY (LEVI1) was born 11 Feb 1775 in Newberry Disc, S.C., and died 08 Aug 1849 in Fayette Co, IL. He married DRUCILLA HILL, daughter of JOHN HILL and DRUCILLA DUCKETT. She was born 22 May 1777 in Newberry Disc, S.C., and died 10 May 1848 in Fayette Co, IL.
Notes for JOHN CASEY:
John Casey was a son of Levi Casey, bca 1749-1750 died Jan 31 1807 in Georgetown
D.C. while serving as a member of Congress from South Carolina. He was a grandson of Abner Casey from Ireland 1738 to Roanoke River Valley Area, Va. then to South Carolina before 1749 Levi Casey was a Lt Colonel in the Revolutionary war. John Casey Sr, came to Fayette Co, IL soon after 1830 from Warren Co, Ky.
