To the Ordinary of Hancock County the undersigned a citizen of the Confederate States, residing in the State of Georgia, of lawful age and next of kin to Abner Kelly, formerly of Said County ( who departed this intestate in the 16 th day of August 1859, residing at the time of his death in Said County of Hancock, worth about $ 2000 in land and other property ) respectfully _________ to the court that he desires a citation to issue in his behalf caling upon all persons interested to show cause at the proper time and place , why Letters of Administration upon said Abner Kelly's Estate should not be granted to him, Further your petitioner _______________ that he is qualified in all respects to become such administrator and will faithfully administer said Abner Kelly's Estate.
